Are You Stuck or Confused? Could a Health Coach Help You?

I’m not fully qualified as a Health Coach yet. As a student member of the HAANZA I am required to abide by strict ethical guidelines.

Your confidentiality is assured. There a ZERO FEES while I remain a student.

I also know many other student coaches, a few men and many women, if you would like free coaching from someone else, I’m happy to recommend a suitable person.

However, I do need to practice my coaching skills, so if you like what you are reading here, and you want to contact me, We may be able to work something out that suits us both.

How to Join Open Future Health as a Client.

To become an Open Future Health client, you need to enroll. There are REQUIREMENTS. You MUST have kept a health journal for at least 14 days (Not necessarily 14 consecutive days.) reporting on diet, exercise, sleep, and social engagement. We’re interested in what your doctor or physiotherapist told you. We’re interested in how you feel, and what you think goes well, and where things fall over. We reserve the ability to decline applications. That maybe because what you need is outside our scope of practice, or that in our assessment it’s unlikely that we can help you.

When you are ready, write to us.

Group Coaching Options are coming

Very soon I hope to offer weekly anonymous coaching, just so people can see what’s involved. 30 minutes, everyone using a nickname, probably looking at two topics, but not getting into the subject too deeply, nothing that might be difficult or embarrassing need be mentioned. This will be a zoom call and each week the address will be published here.

Personal Coaching Options are Now Possible

This is open to anyone, but I expect this is particularly for people who already know me well. I can offer a pre-coaching session, 15 minutes, when we can agree to do a series of FREE 30-minute coaching sessions over say 3 months. Before we begin, we will try to identify what we want to achieve. There will be a contract, stating that I’m still training, and that the service is free. If you help me to qualify with coaching practice and I can help you, we both benefit. Write to me here.

The Main Open Future Health Website

By all means feel free to wander about the Main Open Future Health website. It has several parts: It begins here, and it has options for desktop, tablet and phone devices.

There is an introductory front end of about 15 URL’s that are a general introduction to the health I’ve been learning about over 10 years.

Behind that there is a website with about 300 URL’s. It has four main parts, plus a blog.

The main parts are:

The Lecture, over 8 years old, it takes about two hours. But it’s in eight parts and over a week it’s doable.

There’s a workshop; I’m not sure if anybody uses it, there’s a Nutrition Science Section, and a Section about Banting.

For People interested in Health System Bias, the TRIAL of Prof. Timothy Noakes might interest you.

There are two blogs: an old one with over 50 entries. It remains because there is useful stuff there. And a new one built on WordPress.

There is also a very long list of notable health experts I’ve discovered over the years, (At the moment a bit dated. 1 November, 2024) It’s a good place to explore and by the end of January 2025 it should have more recent material added.
